HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography is a technique used to capture and merge multiple exposures of the same scene, resulting in a final image with a wider dynamic range. By combining underexposed, properly exposed, and overexposed images, HDR photography allows for greater detail and tonal range in both highlight and shadow areas, resulting in more balanced and visually appealing photographs.
For homes that are under 4500 square feet, you can expect our real estate photography sessions to last approximately 45 minutes to an hour, sometimes a bit longer. If you have a larger home, feel free to get in touch with us, and we'll be happy to discuss the session duration with you. It's important to have your listing "photo ready" before we arrive, as it helps us save time and ensures a smooth process. This means taking care of tasks like moving cars, tidying up the yard, arranging furniture, and clearing countertops. During busy seasons, we work on tight schedules, so it's especially important to have your home prepared before our arrival to avoid any unnecessary delays.
We like to say that our real estate photography floor plans take about the same time as a typical photo shoot, but in reality, they often wrap up a little quicker.
Your photos will be ready in 24-48 hours, typically within 24 hours.
Once the job is complete you will receive an email letting you know. The email will include links to all of the services you ordered such as photos, 3d tour, floor plan, marketing kit etc.
You'll have the option to download your photos in their original high resolution size in case you're doing any custom printing etc. as well as a link to the photos already resized by us making them far more manageable to upload to the MLS.
